Mike Garrett

Mike is a musician, singer, audio and light technician and designer. He began his entertainment business experience performing with his family band around West Texas which ultimately lured him to the technical end of the business as well as performing. In the late 90’s, he became the stage director at the Cactus Theater and later was hired as the technical director and production Crew Chief. Mike ended his tenure with the Cactus in 2016. He has worked as an integral part of Lubbock’s 4th on Broadway Celebration, deemed the largest free festival in Texas, as the technical director and crew chief, since 1994 to date.  Mike continues to perform and is a successful Elvis tribute artist with hundreds of appearances to his credit. He also performs with regional bands and along with his wife, Tammy, leads the praise and worship team at the First United Methodist Church of Anton, Texas. Mike and his wife have been with Caldwell Entertainment for over 24 years and continually strive to create a trouble free and enjoyable performance experience for our clients and performers. Mike is the technical director and crew chief for Caldwell Entertainment Concert Productions, Promotions and Theatrical Productions.

Tammy Garrett

Tammy, along with her husband Mike and young son, Dustin, started in the entertainment business as performers with their family band performing throughout the West Texas area. The Garrett family joined forces with Don Caldwell's Cactus Theater and Tammy is proud to say she has been a critical member of the team for 24 years. Tammy oversees the logistics of the various projects that Caldwell Entertainment contracts, including the “4th on Broadway” fourth of July Celebration - the largest free festival in Texas. She is a content, calming force in the organization always wearing a smile. Tammy never stops until the job is done perfectly and is much loved by the Caldwell Entertainment Company. She and Mike are the praise and worship leaders at their home church, First United Methodist Church in Anton, Texas and work tirelessly as community volunteers and servants. Tammy is the Hospitality Director, Stage Director and Tour Manager for Caldwell Entertainment Concert Productions, Promotions and Theatrical Productions.
